Wisconsin - Addendum (orig. 2/18/2011)

I sent you a link to Ezra Klein's column re the Wisconsin situation. He posted that column this morning, then a little after noon he posted an additional column after seeing that many readers commenting on his original column had strong opinions, but didn't have a clue as to what was really happening. Apparently some of the talking heads on Fox News were missing just a few of the relevant details.
