5 Myths About America's Schools. (orig. 5/22/2011)

I wasn't planning on sending anything your way today until, that is, I saw a column on the opinion page of the Washington Post called "5 Myths About America's Schools." Here are the myths:

1) Our schools are failing.

2) Unions defend bad teachers.

3) Billionaires know best.

4) Charter schools are the answer.

5) More effective teachers are the answer.
